Performance Coaching

James works with the performer on a one-to-one basis using a 360 performance intervention that ensures every aspect of your preparation and performance are perfect. James postulates that for any one (music, business or sport) who wants to perform at a sustained level of high performance over time must approach their work as an athlete would approach an Olympic final. The program addresses pivotal supportive capacities such as emotional control, energy management, mental toughness, physical capacity, goal setting and attainment which are scientifically proven to bring performers primary skills/talents to full ignition.
